How Subscriptions Work
We’ll take care of the reorders so you don’t have to.
Choose how often you’d like your products delivered, and we’ll automatically send them your way on schedule.
Example: If you choose a monthly plan, your card is charged once a month and your order ships automatically, no extra clicks required.
Pausing or Canceling
You’re in control. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your customer portal.
The only exception is if your plan includes a set number of deliveries before cancellation.
You’ll find the link to your portal in your subscription email, or by logging into your account on our site.
Skipping or Rescheduling a Delivery
Need a break or heading out of town?
Just log into your portal, you’ll see options to Skip or Reschedule any upcoming delivery with a single click.
Updating Your Subscription
Want to try a new flavor or add an extra pouch?
No problem. From your portal, hit Edit on your subscription to add, swap, or remove products anytime.
Payment Issues
If a payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry, we’ll email you a secure link to update your card and keep your subscription active.
